I'm loving the composition of this piece, the heavy verticals of the tower, cliffs, and staff mixed with some organic swirls and curls of the smoke and fabric really move your eye through the piece. The way the stark blacks tell a story of separation from the building in the distance works really well too. I wish the smoke didn't bump into the blue area in the sky though, it just seems like a conflict of motion. Also if the windows on the tower were just a tad brighter it may have worked better. But overall it is a great piece.

Awesome! The snow, the smoke, the entire scope of the image is fantastic. Reminds me a lot of the Fafhrd and Grey Mouser trade, Mignola drew.
